L. J. "Sam" Helgerson has 20 years of experience in the communication field. In addition to his work as a writer and consultant, he currently serves at Bethel University as a teaching partner in the Organizational Leadership and Business programs. With a wide range of experience, he understands both the joys and frustrations of leadership. These experiences provide a basis for practical application of timeless truths.

He holds a Master of Arts (Organizational Leadership) from Bethel University, St. Paul, Minnesota, and a PhD (Adult and Post-secondary Education) through Capella University.

 
K. S. Helgerson is an experienced leader and manager. She holds a Master of Arts (Organizational Leadership) from Bethel University, St. Paul, Minnesota.
