Great Ridge Group, Inc., is organized around collaboration, partnership, and service. This has allowed us to develop relationships with a number of talented, independent consultants who provide a unique blend of strengths and innovative services.

Based in Apple Valley, Minnesota, Great Ridge Group, Inc., began its life as Envoy Editorial Services. For over 15 years the firm provided  technical and marketing communications services. Today, the firm focuses on leadership, learning, and organizational transformation.

L. J. "Sam" Helgerson has 20 years of experience in the communication field. In addition to his work as a writer and consultant, he currently serves at Bethel University as a teaching partner in the Organizational Leadership and Business programs. With a wide range of experience, he understands both the joys and frustrations of leadership. These experiences provide a basis for practical application of timeless truths.

He holds a Master of Arts (Organizational Leadership) from Bethel University, St. Paul, Minnesota, and is currently ABD in his PhD program (Adult and Post-secondary Education) through Capella University.

K. S. Helgerson is an experienced leader and manager. In addition to her technical expertise, she oversees the day-to-day operation of the company.
 		  
T. A. is an experienced educator, leader and manager. She currently serves at  Bethel University, St. Paul, Minnesota, and at Walden Univerisity. She is currently pursuing her PhD from Hamline University.
 		  
J. W. is an experienced educator, leader and manager. He serves as an adjunct professor in Organizational Leadership at Crown College, St. Bonifacius, Minnesota.
